Children and Parents
Lots of kids have problems that affect how they feel, behave, or learn. In therapy, I give kids space to talk and play with an accepting, supportive adult. They also learn skills to help them cope better, communicate better, and do better.
Parents need support too! I can teach you how to communicate effectively with your child and guide them toward their therapeutic goals.
Teens and Parents
If your teenager is struggling with difficult emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, your family is not alone. At least one in five adolescents has a mental health problem.
In therapy, I give teens a safe space to process their feelings, and I teach them the skills they need to be successful in school, relationships, and home life. I also teach parents how to communicate effectively with their kids to create a peaceful, loving home environment.

I practice cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) for people with mental health conditions. I am also here to hold space for you during your difficult life transitions. I will provide a loving, non-judgmental ear and radical acceptance for you and your life!
